ACI Matrix Pod |

This vacuum pod is designed to be a
direct replacement for vacuum pods found on machinery with
aluminum rails, and that have little metal bars on the
bottom of the pod to activate the magnetic valves in the
rails. This pod is 100 millimeters high and rotates a
complete 360 degrees with no tools required. |

Arrow Sticker |
|
This sticker is attached to the side of
the pod top and is used in conjunction with the degree
sticker to specify the angle of the vacuum pod top. |

|
This gasket is made from a very high
quality foam rubber. It is used on the bottom of the vaccum
pod. |

|
This filter is used in the pod top and
bottom. It is 15.05mm in diameter and can also be used in

This gasket is used on the vacuum pod
top. This gasket uses half the area of the vacuum pod to
allow the running of smaller parts. This gasket is made from
a very high quality foam rubber and is in a closed loop for
maxium hold down of part. |

This metal bar is used on the bottom of

Safety Flap |
|
This safety flap is designed to fit a
wide variety of Holzma panel saws. Any Holzma that has the
flap where the top is a semi circle, can use this safety
flap. The flap is made to the longest length needed. There
are 2 fracture lines in the bottom of the flap that
corresponds to the other 2 flap lengths that are needed.
Simply snap the flap along the desired fracture line to get
the flap of the correct length. |

This vacuum pod is a pod that is
designed to go on flat router tables or with the correct
groove matrix, it can fit inside the grooves. The pod is
126mm long x 126mm wide x 55mm high. A high quality foam
rubber is used in the pod to provide the vacuum seal. The
ability to use this pod by itself or chained together with
other pods, makes this pod unique. Using a 6mm airline this
pod can be setup to have several of them using a single
source of vacuum. This helps minimize the setup time while
placing the vacuum pods on the table. This pod is easily
adaptable to almost any flat table router on the market
today.
